Making history for more than 100 years.
This magnificent brick structure located in the Rainsford District of downtown Cheyenne was built in 1911 by A.C. Kingsford and his wife, Nettie. In 1919 Elijah Marden Chase and his wife Ada Gerry Chase set out across America seeking investment opportunities. They discovered The Nettford during a train trip stop and immediately fell in love with, and purchased, the three story Greek Revival "Mansion". My name is Matthew Marden Hanger and my great grandparents are Elijah and Ada Chase. The Nettford has now been in our family for over 100 years.
